Tell us what you need delivered, where the work will be used and who will review it. Send available drawings, revision references, quantities, materials, required dates and acceptance criteria through your enquiry.
For physical components, identify tolerances, finish, inspection records and delivery location. For production support, describe the current equipment, process and issue you want reviewed.
The quotation will confirm the agreed scope, responsibilities, output formats and milestones. Any certification, site work or specialist assessment must be identified in that scope.
